Job Summary:
LVT (LiveView Technologies) is a leader in intelligent site technology, focusing on AI-driven solutions to enhance safety and operations. As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer - Mobile, you will develop robust backend services and APIs for mobile applications, ensuring seamless interaction with LVT's Hardware Platform while fostering innovation and collaboration within the engineering team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud software and API design.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of mobile-facing backend services.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile software projects.
• Collaborate closely with our React Native and Expo engineers, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and DevOps to define project requirements, establish API contracts, ensure seamless client-server integration, and manage timelines.
• Foster effective communication channels and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building backend systems specifically tailored to support high-traffic applications.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, AWS, GraphQL, and REST.
• Proven experience building APIs and services optimized for mobile clients built with React Native and Expo.
• Experience with mobile-critical integrations including push notifications (APNs/FCM), WebSockets, and secure authentication flows.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic architectural plans that meet complex business and mobile performance needs.
