The Strategic Sales Director, Agentforce Operations role focuses on selling our cutting‑edge products that automate complex operational workflows and deliver trusted, human‑like reasoning at scale. As a key senior sales leader, you’ll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical—driving growth by penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers. You’ll help organizations radically scale their operational capacity, reduce manual bottlenecks, and maximize ROI by deploying autonomous agents that seamlessly connect data, actions, and humans across the enterprise.

This role sits within the Agentforce Operations organization, contributing to Salesforce’s growth in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and innovative atmosphere that fosters product incubation—all while being a valued member of the Ohana.

Your Role

You will work with customers to demonstrate the value of Salesforce’s Agentforce Operations product, which unifies business logic, CRM data, and autonomous AI actions into a secure, scalable ecosystem. You’ll guide customers to the right solutions that transform front‑and‑back‑office operations, streamline complex multi‑step processes, and establish the next generation of digital‑first operational efficiency.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite.
  • Navigating medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high‑value AI transformation deals.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment models for early adopters and expansion customers.
Your Responsibilities
  • Develop strong internal and customer relationships to create win‑win AI adoption opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within your vertical.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting operational transformation, digital labor strategies, and AI automation.
  • Generate and qualify leads, manage a robust pipeline, and assist core Account Executives in closing strategic enterprise AI deals.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Customer Experience, and C‑suite leadership to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome‑based AI solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.
Your Qualifications
  • Deep industry expertise and experience within one of the following industries: Automobile, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, or Technology.
  • 8+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Conversational AI, RPA/Automation, Business Process Automation (BPA), or Cloud Enterprise Solutions.
  • Deep industry experience in either Auto, Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, Technology.
  • Excellent presentation skills, especially for a C‑suite audience.
  • Experience in selling with AEs across Salesforce ecosystem to generate new logos and expanding existing Salesforce footprint.
  • Proven experience in solution selling, value‑based selling, and demonstrating AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft).
  • Familiarity with enterprise operational workflows, API ecosystems, and compliance/security frameworks for AI is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
