We are seeking the ideal candidate for our Software Developer opening for our growing insurance company.The Senior Software Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications and services while serving as a technical leader within an assigned product, application, or functional domain. This role delivers complex software solutions, contributes to architecture and design decisions, mentors other developers, and ensures high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.The Senior Software Developer is expected to effectively leverage AI-assisted and agentic software development tools to improve delivery speed and productivity while maintaining full responsibility for technical decisions, code quality, testing, and production readiness.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceFive (5) or more years of professional software development experienceStrong experience developing applications using C#, .NET, and ReactProficiency with Git and collaborative development workflowsSolid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patternsExperience working in Agile software development environmentsExperience contributing to CI/CD
