Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years as a ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architect.
2. Strong expertise in HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, AIOps, SecOps, IRM, BCM, SPM, and Now Assist.
3. Proven experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and governance.
4. Deep understanding of CMDB strategy, data governance, service mapping, and CSDM implementation.
5. Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation frameworks.
6. Experience designing and implementing security, risk, compliance, and business continuity solutions on ServiceNow.
7. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, service management best practices, and digital transformation initiatives.
8. Experience with cloud integrations (Azure/AWS), enterprise applications, and cross-platform integrations.
9. Ability to lead architecture workshops, stakeholder discussions, roadmap planning, and technical governance reviews.
10. Strong leadership, mentoring, Agile/Scrum delivery, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Define and govern the overall ServiceNow platform architecture ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
2. Lead solution design and architecture for HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, AIOps, SecOps, IRM, BCM, SPM, and Now Assist implementations.
3. Drive CMDB and CSDM strategy, ensuring data quality, service mapping, governance, and operational excellence.
4. Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, security tools, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
5. Provide technical leadership and governance by reviewing solution designs, enforcing best practices, and ensuring platform compliance.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and strategic roadmaps.
7. Lead platform modernization, automation, and AI initiatives, leveraging Flow Designer, AIOps, and Now Assist capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience.
8. Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers, administrators, and consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and technical excellence.
9. Support large-scale ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, releases, and platform optimization initiatives across multiple business functions.
10. Drive Agile delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring successful project execution, business value realization, and customer satisfaction.
Salary Range- $120,000-$160,000 Per Annum
