his is a seasonal, part-time position that follows the academic school year, beginning in August and continuing through May/June. - Assist with attendance, incident reports, behavior documentation, and other required records while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support resolution of daily challenges such as behavior concerns, transitions, late pickups, and staffing needs with professionalism.
- Model the YMCA's mission, vision, and values in all interactions.
- Represent and share the impact of YMCA programs with families and the community.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support program success.

- Candidates with a minimum of 15 hours are eligible but must complete the remaining hours within 90 days (training provided).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting, or equivalent coursework in child development.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
