Company Overview

General Summary: The Pilot Captain serves as Pilot in Command of the Falcon 2000EX EASy, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of domestic and international flights. This role leads the flight crew, oversees comprehensive flight planning and regulatory adherence, and coordinates aircraft readiness, maintenance support, and trip logistics. The position also delivers high‑level service to senior executives while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) – Exercise full authority and responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Falcon 2000EX EASy during all phases of flight, including domestic and international missions.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Flight Planning – Perform weather analysis, performance calculations, fuel planning, route selection, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews to ensure mission readiness and operational safety.
  • Lead Flight Crew & Maintain CRM Standards – Provide leadership, clear communication, and effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) to ensure coordinated, safe, and professional flight operations.
  • Ensure Regulatory & Safety Compliance – Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices (NBAA, IS‑BAO). Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) activities, audits, and recurrent training.
  • Deliver Executive‑Level Customer Service – Provide discreet, polished, and anticipatory service to senior executives and guests, ensuring a seamless and comfortable travel experience.
  • Coordinate Aircraft Readiness & Maintenance Support – Work with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Support pre‑ and post‑flight inspections and reporting.
  • Manage Trip Logistics & Vendor Coordination – Oversee arrangements with FBOs, catering, ground transportation, and international handling providers to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties, assignments and tasks as directed by Chief Pilot/Director of Flight Ops to enhance the smooth, proper and safe Operation of the Flight Department.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Strong understanding of Falcon 2000EX EASy systems, avionics, and performance characteristics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FAA Part 91 regulations, international procedures, and operational requirements (RVSM, RNP, CPDLC, NAT HLA).
  • Familiarity with SMS principles, IS‑BAO standards, and corporate aviation best practices.
  • Knowledge of weather interpretation, flight planning tools, and global airspace structures.
  • Excellent airmanship, decision‑making, and situational awareness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior executives.
  • High‑level CRM and leadership skills for multi‑crew operations.
Qualifications Work Experience &/or Education
  • Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including:
    • 2,000 hours PIC
    • 1,000 hours turbine
  • Falcon 2000EX EASy experience strongly preferred; type rating required or obtained upon hire.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate/Part 91 operations, preferably within a Fortune 500 or high‑end flight department.
  • Experience working within an SMS registered environment is preferred.
  • FAA ATP certificate.
  • Valid First‑Class Medical Certificate.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (Aviation, Aeronautics, or related field beneficial).
  • Ongoing recurrent training and proficiency checks as required by company and manufacturer standards.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearances.
  • Valid current US passport.
