Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective tenants at a luxury apartment community in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment.
The Concierge plays an important role in delivering exceptional resident service, assisting with day-to-day property operations, coordinating resident requests, and supporting community events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome residents, visitors, and prospective tenants with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and organize resident packages and deliveries.
  • Coordinate transportation, vendor services, and other resident requests.
  • Provide information about the neighborhood, local attractions, and public transportation.
  • Monitor building access, security systems, and surveillance cameras.
  • Respond to resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Assist with resident communications, newsletters, and community updates.
  • Support leasing efforts by answering basic questions and directing prospective residents to the leasing team.
  • Help coordinate resident appreciation events and community activities.

Qualifications:
