Job Description
  • Provide expertise in development and filing of financial SEC disclosures.

  • Liaise with the Legal, Management and independent auditors in determining appropriate disclosures.

  • Research and interpret accounting and financial disclosure regulations to determine appropriate financial disclosure to ensure SEC compliance.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, notes to financials and management's discussion and analysis.

  • Review other company documents, presentations and external communications to maintain consistency with SEC filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

8 years related technical accounting experience.

Working knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

CPA highly preferred

Preferably "Big 4" accounting experience.

SAP experience FI and Controlling (CO) modules.

Additional Information

up to $100K plus bonus
