Job Description:
Senior Accounting Financial Analyst driving financial reporting, general ledger close, consolidation accounting, and intercompany accounting within a global semiconductor finance environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end close and quarter-end close processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger (GL) close activities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, financial reports, and variance analysis for executive leadership and CFO review
  • Manage intercompany accounting including allocations, eliminations, reconciliations, settlements, cost-plus accounting, and intercompany variance analysis
  • Support consolidation accounting processes including consolidation entries, balance sheet reviews, consolidation reporting, and financial consolidation models
  • Conduct technical accounting research, draft technical accounting memos, and prepare SEC financial reporting disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), and regulatory financial reporting requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Operations, IT, and Sales for financial data collection and reporting accuracy
  • Act as primary liaison for internal audit and external audit, supporting audit documentation and audit readiness
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, expense monitoring, and financial variance analysis
  • Lead accounting system improvements, automation initiatives, and financial systems implementation projects
  • Mentor, supervise, and train accounting staff while supporting team development and performance

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and confidential financial data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical capabilities
