Salary: $260,000 - $390,000+

A nationally recognized Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Securities & Corporate Governance Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising public companies, boards of directors, and executive leadership teams on SEC reporting, securities law compliance, corporate governance, and strategic corporate matters.

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota

  • Approximately 3-6 years of securities, corporate, capital markets, or public company experience

  • Experience with SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, and securities law compliance

  • Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters preferred

  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

  • Excellent academic credentials
