Job description

Seasons Medical Center is seeking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinic Admitting Clerk to complete the admission information into the Cerner Patient Accounting System. The incumbent will be required to greet clientele, accurately and appropriately rout patrons, and maintain a high level of accuracy while admitting patients to the clinic. The Admitting Clerk is the first patient contact with Madisonhealth at Seasons Medical Center and requires a level of professionalism in keeping with the values of Integrity, Respect, and Caring.
Classification: RegularPart Time
Schedule:

  • Monday 8:15am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:15am-5:00pm
  • Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm
  • Friday 8:15am-5:00pm
Experience:
  • Previous Admitting/PBX Experience, preferred.
  • Previous Cerner Experience, preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally.
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and individually.
  • Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, MS Publisher (or Equivalent) and PowerPoint.
  • Proven Integrity, Respect, and Initiative.
