We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. This entry-level retail sales and customer service role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting daily store operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail or counter sales environment. This position plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring accurate cash handling and order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
  • Support counter sales and build customer relationships
  • Answer product questions and maintain working product knowledge
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions; balance cash drawer
  • Use NetSuite for order entry and sales transactions
  • Conduct outreach to existing and potential customers
  • Assist customers in the yard and load materials
