Job Title: Geriatrics
Location: York, PA
Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Champion:
  • Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours supporting strong work-life balance
  • Shared call rotation with provider team:
    • One weekday night per week
    • Every sixth weekend
  • Practice located at Genesis Inners Creek, a 202-bed skilled nursing facility in Dallastown, PA
  • Currently supports 110 WellSpan patients (short-term rehab & long-term care)
  • Join an established, collaborative care team:
    • 2 Physicians
    • 3 Nurse Practitioners
  • Provide clinical directorship and comprehensive clinical services in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Ideal role for NPs interested in long-term care, rehabilitation medicine, geriatric care, and complex adult medicine
  • Deliver primary care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations
  • APP plays a key role in daily patient management, regulatory compliance, timely assessments, and continuity of care
