Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic food/alcohol server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving a variety of beverages and food in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and have a passion for delivering a memorable experience to our guests.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Take guest orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner. Adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Efficiently takes all guest beverage and food orders in a timely fashion.
• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.

• Adhere to beverage control procedures.
• Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Nice, Quality, Integrity, Empower, One Team, and Fun.
• Promote positive guest and team member relations.
• Prepare, stock, maintain and break down service stations in accordance with outlet standards.
• Assists department supervisor and manager in arranging counters, workstations, and condiment areas on a shift basis as well as for special events.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• New Mexico Alcohol Server's Permit.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 19 years of age
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year experience is customer service preferred
• 1 year cash handling experience preferred
  • Restaurant experience preferred
  • One (1) year of high-volume cocktail service experience.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Regular exposure to second hand cigarette smoke, bright lights and high noise level.
• Regularly required to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to occasionally push or pull up to 50 pounds.
