Plant Kinetics is seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee merchandising, operations, staffing, and execution across approximately 65 Walmart Garden Centers in TN/KY. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, developing field teams, and ensuring execution of live goods programs throughout the assigned region.

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Managers and field merchandising associates.
• Oversee daily operations and merchandising execution across approximately 65 Walmart Garden Centers.
• Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards, planograms, and display expectations.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, markdowns, shrink, and waste management.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Walmart Market Managers, Store Managers, and Garden Center leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop seasonal and full-time team members.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach field teams and ensure operational excellence.
• Manage labor budgets, payroll, mileage, and expense reporting.
• Drive accountability through operational reporting, store audits, surveys, and photo documentation.
• Lead the successful execution of seasonal Spring, Summer, and Fall live goods programs.

• Experience with Walmart Garden Centers, live goods, nursery operations, agricultural merchandising, or related retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing labor budgets and operational expenses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, OneNote, reporting systems, and mobile technology.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region, including overnight travel (1–2 nights per week or as business needs require).
