Your days include welcoming guests like old friends, crafting Spanish-inspired cocktails with precision, prepping syrups and infusions in-house, and keeping the bar fully stocked and spotless. You'll operate the POS with ease, check IDs like a pro, and collaborate with our sommelier when it's time to shine with wine service.
