Seasonal Position Mid-September through December
On-Site 40-60 Hours Per Week
Are you energetic, organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?
We are looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Recruiter to join our Human Resources team during our busiest hiring season. This is a hands-on recruiting position supporting high-volume seasonal hiring from mid-September through the end of December.
What You'll Do
  • Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume seasonal positions
  • Conduct phone and in-person candidate interviews
  • Communicate with applicants in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule interviews, orientations, and hiring appointments
  • Assist candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records
  • Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email
  • Partner with HR and Operations to meet aggressive staffing goals
  • Assist with recruiting events, orientations, and other HR activities as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Fluent or highly proficient in both English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable speaking with a high volume of applicants every day
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, or high-volume administrative experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems
  • Willing and able to work 40-60 hours per week, including overtime when business needs require
  • Able to commit to the entire seasonal assignment from mid-September through the end of December
  • This is an on-site position and is not remote
