What is a seasonal task associate?

Seasonal Task Associates are temporary employees hired by retailers or other businesses to help manage increased workloads during busy seasons, such as holidays or special sales events. Their responsibilities often include stocking shelves, assisting customers, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. These positions typically last for a few weeks to several months, offering flexible schedules and valuable retail experience.
