Job description

Description

Sweathouz (SWTHZ) is a fast-growing franchise brand with studios across the country, and we market hard - across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Now we need someone equally fired up to help us grow.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who loves living inside ad platforms, obsesses over the numbers, and gets genuinely excited when a campaign crushes its CPA target. You'll work alongside our Performance Marketing Manager and play a hands-on role in the campaigns that fill our studios with members.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Run the campaigns. Set up, launch, and manage paid ads across   Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate platforms - from targeting and   bidding to creative trafficking and budget pacing.
  • Watch the numbers like a   hawk. Monitor   daily performance, catch anomalies early, and flag anything that needs   attention - ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and cost-per-booking are your daily   language.
  • Keep creative moving. Coordinate intake of ad assets, write briefs,   make sure everything is on-spec and on-brand before it goes live. You're the   link between creative and the platform.
  • Run the tests. Set up A/B and audience experiments, track   results, and share learnings with the team so we keep getting smarter every   sprint.
  • Build the reports. Pull weekly and monthly performance data,   maintain dashboards and trackers, and help reconcile spend against budgets -   accuracy matters here.
  • Support local   launches. Help set   up geo-targeted campaigns for individual studio locations, coordinate around   grand openings, seasonal promos, and local market moments.
  • Keep it compliant. Make sure every live ad aligns with SWTHZ   brand standards and platform policies. Catch disapprovals fast and help   resolve them.

You're A Great Fit If

  • 1-3 years in paid digital   marketing. You've   run or supported campaigns in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads and have the   reps to show for it.
  • You sweat the details. Budgets reconcile. Ad specs are checked.   Campaign names follow the convention. You don't let things slip.
  • KPIs are your comfort   zone. ROAS,   CPA, CTR, CVR - you know what they mean, when they're off, and what to do   about it.
  • You're a team player. You communicate clearly, ask good questions,   and thrive when supporting a larger strategy rather than flying solo.
  • Wellness or franchise   experience? Bonus   points - but a passion for the space and the drive to learn will get you far here.
  • Comfortable in the   tools. Google   Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Excel or Google Sheets - you work in these   without needing a tutorial.
