Job description

How would you like to work in a fun, fast-paced, and customer-focused role? Do you enjoy facilitating cool events and activities? We are looking for an Activities Assistant to help make our guests have a wide range of "fun things" they can participate in while visiting one of our resorts.

Job Summary
Activities Assistants help coordinate a variety of activities for the RV Resort.
Job Duties
  • Coordinates and attends activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners (Essential)
  • Sets-up and cleans-up after events (Essential)
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests (Essential)
  • Serves as a role model for Sun standards and reputation (Essential)
  • Helps to maintain attendance tracking for each activity
  • Assists with training activities team members and volunteers
  • Assists with distributing weekly newsletter to resort residents and guests
  • Ensures all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 20 lbs.
