Job description

Maintenance & Warehouse Technician

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days look the same? We're hiring a Maintenance & Warehouse Technician to keep our facilities running smoothly and our warehouse operating safely and efficiently. If you're a problem-solver who's comfortable with everything from drywall repair to driving a forklift, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Keep Our Facilities in Top Shape

You'll be the go-to person for facility upkeep, putting a broad skill set to work: patching drywall, painting, basic electrical and plumbing fixes, light carpentry, and HVAC maintenance. You'll conduct routine facility inspections, keep supplies stocked and organized, and make sure our tools and equipment, including forklifts and pallet wrappers, stay in good working order. Seasonal work like snow removal and grounds upkeep is part of the mix, along with occasional supply runs and errands. You'll also build solid working relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants, and pitch in on construction projects as they come up.

Support Smooth Warehouse Operations

On the warehouse side, you'll help with product-related projects, quality control checks, and keeping the space organized. You'll unload trucks, manage pallets, and safely operate warehouse equipment such as the cardboard baler, styrofoam compactor, and pallet jacks. A clean, safe workspace matters here, so general housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, trash removal) is part of the daily rhythm.

Why You'll Like Working Here

This role rewards versatility and initiative. You won't be stuck doing the same task on a loop. If you like variety, take pride in keeping things running well, and enjoy a mix of structured routines and on-the-fly problem solving, this is a great fit.
VIVO Values & Standards of Behavior

  • Integrity – Building relationships on the foundation of trust and upstanding character.

  • Adaptive – Having the courage to take risks and grow in an ever-changing market.
  • Respect – Valuing others to foster an environment of mutual compassion and teamwork.
  • Serve – Working together to nurture a culture of humility and giving back to others.
