Job description

Federated Co-ops Inc. is hiring Seasonal Agronomy Drivers to work out our Osceola Country Store! As a Seasonal Agronomy Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of agronomy products to customers while operating company vehicles and equipment. This position plays a key role in supporting our agronomy operations during the busy season. 

Seasonal Agronomy Drivers are scheduled to begin in April of 2026.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Seasonal Agronomy Driver include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Drives truck with an attached trailer, spreader, or other delivery equipment to transport products to customers.
  • Operate trucks equipped with hydraulic unloading systems. 
  • Load and unload products.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete required documentation. 
  • Conduct light-duty maintenance and routine housekeeping on truck.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and DOT requirements.

Requirements

The ability to lift 50 pounds and follow directions are required.

Must have:

  • Current Class B Driver's License 
  • Current Health Card
  • Or ability to obtain a Farm Service/Seasonal CDL
