Job description

Unarmed Security Officer/Rover

Unarmed Security Guard - $17.55 per hour + $5.09 H/W paid out as cash.

Supervisor - $19.00 per hour + $5.09 H/W paid out as cash.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age; High School Diploma or GED; pass criminal background investigation; obtain and maintain Eglin AFB access credentials; maintain all required licensing and training; work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; perform mission-essential duties during emergencies; maintain professional appearance and uniform.

Prior security or access control experience preferred; strong observation and reporting skills; experience completing logs and reports; ability to operate radios, phones, and basic computer

systems; clear written and verbal English communication; ability to follow post orders and instructions.

Florida Class D Security Officer License required; background check prior to employment; Air Force Ancillary Training (AT Level I, Active Shooter Awareness, Counter-Intelligence Awareness) provided post-hire; valid driver’s license and insurance required for roving patrol duties; substance abuse

testing may be required following incidents.
