Position Overview
We are seeking qualified and dedicated Medical Technologists (MTs) / Clinical Laboratory Scientists (CLSs) to join our clinical laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be a certified generalist capable of performing testing across all areas of the laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely results that support high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform clinical laboratory testing across multiple disciplines with accuracy and efficiency.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Certification: Must hold active certification as an MT, MLS, or CLS through the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT), or an equivalent certification.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related science field.

Training: Successful completion of a medical technology clinical practice program.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience as a Generalist.

Generalist is defined as the ability to perform diagnostic testing in all major laboratory areas, including Chemistry, Blood Bank, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, and Urinalysis.

Licenses & Permits: Must maintain all valid licenses, permits, and certifications as required by law and contract.
