Job description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented seasonal Sales Assistant to support the owner of a fast-paced Medicare insurance agency during the annual enrollment period. In this role, you will act as the owner’s right hand, managing daily operational tasks, handling critical documentation, and ensuring clients receive exceptional support.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks in a busy office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administrative Support: Handle daily calendar, helping ensure owner stays on task, manage paperwork and submit insurance applications, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Customer Care: Conduct routine follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in sales meetings and in-person follow-up customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette. Willing to be an active participant in sales interactions with clients.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, CRM systems).
