Description
Join the Team at PleasureLand RV Center - Where Adventure Begins!
PleasureLand RV Center, the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest, has been helping families start their adventures since 1971.
With locations across the Upper Midwest and a growing team, we're looking for someone who enjoys running equipment, working outdoors, and keeping operations moving.
If you like operating tractors, fork lifts, golf carts, and trucks to move trailers, and working around some of the biggest and coolest RVs on the road, this could be the perfect job for you.
What You'll Do
As part of our Lot Operations Team, you'll help keep the dealership organized, efficient, and customer-ready. In this hands-on role, you'll:
  • Safely move, stage, and transport RVs throughout the dealership
  • Operate equipment such as tractors, forklifts, skid steers, golf carts, and trucks
  • Support the Service Department by preparing and positioning units for repairs and delivery
  • Assist with pickups, deliveries, parts runs, and other transportation needs
  • Perform basic inspections and light maintenance on RVs
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking lot and delivery area
  • Assist with seasonal property maintenance and support other departments as needed

Every day brings something different, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team.
What We're Looking For
  • Comfortable operating various equipment and towing trailers
  • Basic mechanical ability and comfort using tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to safety and awareness when moving large units
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
  • RV or trailer experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

Why You'll Love Working Here and What You'll Get
At PleasureLand RV Center, we value the people who want to be part of a team and take pride in their work. We take care of our team so you can focus on doing your best work:

  • A supportive, team-first culture where your skills are valued
