Join Our Team at Echo Canyon River Expeditions & Royal Gorge Cabins!
We're looking for a seasonal Guest Services Team Member to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests this summer! If you're friendly, enthusiastic, and ready for an exciting, fast-paced role, we want you on our team. This is the perfect opportunity to spend your summer surrounded by nature while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Position Details:
  • Seasonal Position: Start in April or May through August or September (based on your availability)
  • Competitive Pay: $15 - $17 per hour based on experience (Overtime eligible)
  • Responsibilities: Assist with rafting and lodging reservations, check-in guests, and provide retail support

  • Punctuality & Reliability: Be on time and dependable, ensuring our operations run smoothly
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You're a clear and friendly communicator
  • Intermediate Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • Reliability: Must be punctual and ready to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
    • Strong customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, and squat repetitively
  • Ability to sit in an office environment for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
