INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
The Snack Bar Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Snack Bar Attendant, you focus on customer service and quality, paying close attention to detail. You work well under pressure and in high-stress situations. You will need to be alert and focused on tasks for prolonged periods. You possess excellent communication skills.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized environment within the Ice Cream Shop.

  • Taking detailed and accurate orders
  • Operating the machinery in a safe and clean manner
  • De-escalating guest complaints in a professional and friendly manner

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Must be 15 years of age or older
  • 100% attendance
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
  • Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders
