• Conduct detailed clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to inform individualized treatment planning, ensuring that therapy is tailored to address the unique needs of each client.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal growth for clients struggling with mental health issues.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation through secure electronic health record systems, ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines and best practices for patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to develop and monitor treatment strategies, contributing to a well-rounded support system for each patient.
• Participate in case consultation meetings and peer supervision, both to gain insights from colleagues and to share your expertise, thereby enriching the professional community within our practice.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment methodologies, fostering a supportive approach to therapy and community resource utilization.

We serve a broad patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who may be experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
• Proficiency in utilizing various psychotherapy techniques, including solution-focused strategies, to assess needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients to facilitate successful therapeutic relationships.
