Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Game Day Check-In Coordinator to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for several administrative tasks regarding event staff check-in.

What will you do?
  • Check in non-profit volunteers, vendors, temp workers, and visitors
  • Hand out badges to new staff members 
  • Wrist band visitors and temporary workers 
  • Perform administrative duties to ensure organization on event day check-in
  • Use staffing sheets to verify identity of workers and check them off a list upon arrival 
  • Direct new staff members on where to check-in with their manager 
  • Other duties as assigned
More about you
  • Experience as an office administrator or similar role preferred 
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required
  • Ability to work majority of Rangers games, concerts, and major ballpark events 
  • No high school diploma or GED required
