Job Description

We are looking to fill a position for GIS Architect in Raleigh NC. Selected person will be responsible to migrate workflows utilizing ArcGIS to AGOL.

This resource will provide technical assistance and support to the Unit in order to develop GIS collection methods, perform GIS analysis, implement GIS data management, and implement GIS data dissemination solutions.

Design, develop and support GIS analysis processes

Provide GIS modeling expertise

Develop a SharePoint solution that provides and Perform GIS analysis to generate flood inundation reporting for roads

Utilize GIS and organizational best practices to maintain and manage GIS layers

Provide assistance in identifying a workflow process to utilize Survey

Qualifications

Strong experience with Esri's suite of software products

Strong knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices

Advanced knowledge of spatial analysis procedures

Advanced knowledge of Python and Esri Model Builder

Strong skills in development of analysis procedure and complex system integration

Strong skills in software configuration management, and business analysis

Experience with integrating and implementing complex technology solutions
