  • Analyze performance across products, retailers, and international accounts, translating findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify drivers of forecast variance, and recommend adjustments to improve future performance.
  • Support promotional, seasonal, and new product launch planning by anticipating changes in demand and sales volume.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align sales forecasts with demand, inventory, and production planning.
  • Leverage data visualization, AI tools, and automation workflows to improve analytical efficiency, reporting, and business insights.
  • Support Sales representatives in building collaborative relationships with external retail merchant teams while monitoring relevant industry and market trends.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail business analyst, sales forecasting, or similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including lookups, PivotTables, conditional functions, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting international retail accounts or working within international sales environments.
  • Knowledge of retail industry best practices and retailer forecasting processes.
  • Experience with Omni or similar retail analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or automation workflows to improve forecasting, analysis, or reporting.

Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic. We value innovation through collaboration. And while we work smart and hard, we also connect and celebrate with equal gusto.
