The Center at Park West is looking for a Maintenance Assistant / Patient Transportation Driver to join our team! This position will start with full-time hours to support facility improvements and will transition to a part-time or seasonal role based on business needs.

What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
- Maintain the building and grounds to provide a safe, clean environment.
- Replace lighting, clean windows, and complete routine maintenance tasks.
- Respond to maintenance requests and assist with facility projects.
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations using facility vehicles.
- Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding transportation schedules and resident needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to safely operate facility vehicles.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
