We are currently seeking a Seasonal Planning & Execution Manager

Position Summary

The Seasonal Planning & Execution Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and execution across the overlapping seasonal development and sales lifecycles. This role manages the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar, key milestone tracking, dashboard management and operational coordination between Design, Merchandising, Sales, Production, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure timely and successful seasonal launches.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing complex timelines and data structures within a fast-paced fashion or consumer goods environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Seasonal Calendar Management

  • Own and maintain the seasonal GTM calendar across all brands, channels and calendar variants
  • Build and manage calendar building block activities and milestones, customizing for relevance to each function involved. Show interactions between calendars for resource management
  • Ensure all cross-functional teams adhere to seasonal deadlines and deliverables
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and timeline conflicts proactively

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate communication and workflow between Design, Merchandising, Sales, Production, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Coordinate milestone activities ensuring schedule and information is available for efficient execution to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Support leadership with visibility into seasonal progress and operational priorities
  • Track and manage requirements of private label and licenses brands ensuring compliance to contractual and relationship requirements

Process Improvement

  • Develop and improve operational workflows, reporting tools, and planning processes
  • Create standardized templates, dashboards and tracking systems for seasonal execution
  • Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, communication, and calendar accuracy
  • Create efficiency through AI where applicable, enabling efficient cross platform data integration and management while maintaining accuracy.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare seasonal milestone dashboards, reports and executive status updates
  • Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate tracking documents and operational dashboards
