About the Role
The Bradbury Cafe is seeking an experienced, highly reliable, and punctual Barista / Counter Server. Located inside our historic downtown venue, this is an active, front-counter position focused on crafting exceptional specialty drinks, taking food orders, and managing customer checkout. The 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift fully covers our pre-opening setup, core operating hours, and post-closing breakdown. $12.00/hour plus tips
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Schedule: Consistent availability Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
  • Punctuality: Highly reliable and committed to showing up on time daily for opening duties.
  • Experience: Basic understanding of Barista operations and food safety standards.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 40 pounds.
