About Us
At i9 Sports, we're more than youth sports - we're building confidence, teamwork, and character in kids across the Nashville area. Our game days are where the magic happens, and we're looking for a Game Day Director who can lead from the front, solve problems on the fly, and set the tone for an incredible experience for families, players, coaches, and staff.
This role starts part-time but has real opportunity to grow into full-time as our Nashville market continues to expand.

Position Overview
As Game Day Director, you'll own weekend operations at our sports locations. You'll manage field setup and teardown, supervise staff, support coaches and parents, and make sure every game day runs smoothly.

Schedule & Pay
  • Part-time to start (seasonal based on leagues)
  • Average ~10 hours/week
    • High side: 20-25 hours
    • Low side: ~5 hours
  • Weekends required
  • Some weekday evenings for season prep
  • Pay: $30-$35 per hour
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role

Key Responsibilities
Game Day Operations
  • Lead field setup and teardown (goals, tents, cones, equipment)
  • Ensure fields are organized, safe, and ready to go
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly

Staff Supervision
  • Direct and support part-time staff
  • Set expectations and hold standards
  • Keep the team energized, accountable, and on task

Customer Experience
  • Be the go-to person for parents and coaches
  • Provide friendly, professional support
  • Handle questions and concerns with confidence

Leadership
  • Create a positive, high-energy environment
  • Solve problems independently
  • Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and pride
