- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
- Produce 2D drawings, 3D models, and construction documents based on project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure coordinated design and model integrity
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360
- Ensure model compliance with BIM standards, company protocols, and project specifications
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models for project planning and estimation
- Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and field changes
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM families, templates, and libraries
- Support project teams during design reviews, coordination meetings, and construction phases
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling or drafting
- Proficiency in Revit (required); knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks preferred
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical drawings
- Familiarity with BIM standards such as LOD (Level of Development)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a specific discipline (Architectural, Structural, MEP, or Civil)
- Knowledge of BIM 360, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), or similar platforms
- Experience with point cloud modeling, laser scanning, or reality capture
- Basic scripting or automation skills (Dynamo, Python, etc.)
