Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build authentic relationships
• Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Harley-Davidson models, features, and riding lifestyle products
• Identify customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly
• Make informed recommendations to help customers choose the right motorcycle
• Deliver an exceptional and memorable motorcycle delivery experience
• Maintain consistent follow-up and customer communication
• Support dealership events and customer engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership success

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the showroom floor
• Ability to push, balance, and maneuver motorcycles weighing 600–900 lbs

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement, or ability to obtain one
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Occupational (Salesperson) License
