Job Overview

Responsible for researching, troubleshooting and resolving systemic and physical facility level inventory issues. Provide effective communication of related accuracy issues to facility management that could impede accurate and timely financial booking. Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. What You Will Do

• Interest in and affinity for problem solving, investigating, and troubleshooting issues
• Interest in and affinity for researching issues using various tools: Mainframe, WM and other apps
• Ability to make connections and inferences based on limited data; initiative to explore potential root cause and determine best resolution
• Initiative to ask questions, make suggestions, make on the spot decisions
• Ability to key accurately and productively using PC's, hand-held computers or other such devices
• Recognize situations that will impact system integrity & issues. Use judgment to communicate alerts to internal Facility Management to prevent escalation of issues
• Within multiple systems, use knowledge & judgment to perform adjustments if needed
• Maintain organized documents per the Supply Chain documentation retention policy
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security guidance
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Who You Are

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply
  • Inventory experience preferred
  • Two years of experience addressing complex issues using diplomacy and tact
  • Two years of experience working with spreadsheets, reporting and responding to questions/issues
  • One year of experience in a distribution center
• Strong leadership profile with excellent verbal / written communication strengths and negotiation skills
• Computer Proficiency Required: Excel, SQL, Macros, Tables, PowerBI and PowerPoint
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player, high standard for integrity and accuracy
• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs and has regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
• Must be able to:
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
  • Ability to understand and communicate directions in the facility regarding standard operating processes

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform

• Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, depth perception and color vision
• Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment
• Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs.

Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement:  

Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances. In all circumstances, testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification
