Inside Sales CoordinatorPosition Summary

The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales process by managing inbound leads, coordinating customer communications, preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and supporting key accounts. This position works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate sales and customer information within CRM systems, tracking sales activity and follow-ups, and providing timely and professional support to customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment while identifying opportunities to support additional sales growth.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads to support sales efforts
  • Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers regarding products, pricing, orders, and delivery expectations
  • Prepare and send customer quotes, proposals, and product information
  • Process sales orders while ensuring accuracy of pricing, product details, customer information, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and follow-up activity within the CRM system
  • Track open opportunities and follow up with customers as needed throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Operations, and Logistics, to support accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Prepare and provide sales reporting for key accounts as needed
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and identify appropriate upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist with resolving customer questions or order-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Support key account and corporate sales initiatives as needed
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Corporate Sales Manager
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required

Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
