What You’ll Do


Financial & Accounting Support

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Process invoices, journal entries, and financial records.
  • Maintain accurate records within QuickBooks and company ERP systems.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting activities.
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and support cash reconciliation activities.


Administrative Operations

  • Answer phones, greet customers, and refer to appropriate resources.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Manage incoming mail, email correspondence, and company records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives.


Compliance & Business Support

  • Coordinate and track business licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Help maintain accurate and confidential company records.
  • Support payroll preparation and related administrative functions.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for administrative and operational needs across departments.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office administration, executive support, or a related role.
  • Equivalent combination of education or experience in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Schedule
