Seasonal Gutter Sales Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are looking for a Gutter Foreman to run daily field operations. You will manage a crew, measure and cut materials, and be installing high-quality residential or commercial gutter systems. You will and must lead by example, maintain safety protocols and finish projects on time.

This position starts at a base of $23.00/hr, featuring structured performance reviews at 30, 90, and 180 days for wage advancement as you prove your leadership and field skills. Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide installation crew members daily to build a high-performing team.
• Installation & Fabrication: Run on-site gutter machines to cut and form seamless gutters, downspouts, and guards.
• Site Management: Measure rooflines, plan slopes, manage material inventory, and keep work trucks clean and organized, keep track of all company tools and equipment.
• Quality & Safety Control: Enforce OSHA regulations, conduct safety checks, and inspect finished work to prevent leaks or code violations.
• Customer Service: Answer client questions professionally and report daily progress to management.
• Traveling: Must check vehicle fluids and tires. Along with trailer tires and air pressures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on gutter installation or sheet metal experience, with past leadership experience.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of hand/power tools, metal brakes, and roll-forming gutter machines.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), work at heights, and tolerate all weather conditions.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record to tow trailers and drive company trucks. (We can discuss more pay based on you wanting to use your own truck.)
• Crew: Will be requirement to drive fellow workers around and due so in a safe and responsible manner.( They must meet where specified.)

• Starting Base Pay: $23.00 per hour to start, with structured performance reviews at 30, 90, and 180 days for wage increases.
• Overtime Earnings: Regular seasonal overtime paid at $34.50 per hour (time-and-a-half).
• Sales Commissions: Earn an extra commission percentage on any new jobs you personally secure, estimate, or upsell on-site. ( Gutter cleanouts, leaf guard installation.) Etc.
• Various supplementary health care programs available.

Production Bonuses:  Performance bonuses paid out based on monthly footage installed and jobs completed under budget. ( We will discuss further upon your hiring period.)​​​​​​​

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Gutter Laborer to join our installation crew in Billings. You will work directly under the Crew Foreman, assisting with the preparation, fabrication, and installation of seamless gutter systems.

No prior gutter experience is required—we will train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, are comfortable working on ladders, and want to learn a skilled trade with a clear path to becoming a Crew Lead, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Prep & Handling: Unload trucks, carry ladders, and stage gutter materials, downspouts, and hangers safely around the job site.
• Installation Support: Assist the Foreman by holding gutter lengths during fastening, securing downspouts, and sealing joints or end caps.
• Ground & Safety Control: Keep the job site clean, pick up metal scraps, and secure the base of ladders to ensure a safe workspace.
• Equipment Care: Help load/unload tools at the shop and keep the company installation truck organized.
   

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Experience in general labor, roofing, framing, or landscaping is a major plus.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in changing Montana weather conditions.
• Heights: Must be comfortable climbing and working safely on extension ladders.
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to get to the shop on time every morning.

• Competitive Entry Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hr starting rate (depending on general labor experience).
