We currently have a great opportunity for a Designer. The Designer will take ownership of assigned categories from concept through development, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors to execute brand-right product aligned with seasonal direction and business needs. This role requires strong design skills, independent ownership, and the ability to manage multiple categories and timelines simultaneously.

• Design and develop seasonal product within assigned categories
• Research trends, concepts, color, fabric, and silhouette direction
• Create CADs, sketches, presentation boards, and tech packs
• Partner with merchandising and product development on assortment strategy
• Manage development communication with overseas vendors and factories
• Participate in fittings and communicate fit/design comments
• Track development calendars and milestone deadlines
• Maintain PLM data including BOMs, specs, and tech packs
• Present concepts and seasonal direction to leadership teams
• Support market appointments, showroom setup, and seasonal reviews
• Partner cross-functionally with production, technical design, merchandising, and sales
