General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Community Health Screener is a PRN position that provides wellness services and education within the community including but not limited to:
ย ย ย ย Seasonal flu vaccinationsย 
ย ย ย ย Fingerstick screeningsย 
ย ย ย ย Other screenings including, but not limited to, Blood Pressure, Hearing, and Body Mass Index

This position might require evening or weekend availabilities. Screenings occasionally may take place outdoors.
