Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal Site Coordinator to join our team at Shenandoah National Park in Luray, Virginia . As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks. What will you do?
  • Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
  • Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
  • Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
  • Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
  • Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team

More about you
  • Experience as a training administrator or similar role
  • Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements
  • Ability to consistently stand, sit, bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
