Job description

About Us
The best infrastructure is invisible. You only notice it when it fails. For decades, the people responsible for our roads, bridges, and sidewalks have been asked to manage the physical world with tools that can't see it.
CYVL is the Physical AI company changing that. We help governments build infrastructure faster with hardware, software, and AI - turning street-level capture into living intelligence that 500+ cities and towns across the country use to see what's out there, direct the work, and fix problems before they fail.
We believe in a future where infrastructure keeps up with society. Every street, sidewalk, bridge ... everywhere. The proof isn't a dashboard. It's a smoother commute, a safer walk to school, public dollars going where they matter most.
We're a fast-moving team in Boston building for the real world. If you believe technology's highest calling is public good, come build with us.
About You
You love being on camera - hosting, talking to strangers, and filming yourself on the road all come naturally. You've made content that traveled, you know why it did, and you want raw material worth filming: trucks, lasers, and 500+ cities. You'll own Cyvl's daily presence on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, and you'll ride along with our CEO to capture the company from the front seat. You run at two speeds: a high-volume daily engine that mostly runs itself, and one carefully crafted piece each week that people actually remember. This is a full-time internship; 40 hours a week, in our Somerville office, with some travel to shoots.
Key Responsibilities
  • Run an always-on presence across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram - own the content engine (calendar, repeatable formats, automation) that keeps Cyvl in the feed every day
  • Anchor each week with one hero piece - a flagship reel, picture, carousel, or post crafted to grow reach and audience
  • Be on camera: host, interview teammates and people on the street, film behind-the-scenes of our drivers, hardware, and customer visits
  • Travel with our CEO roughly 25% of the time to shoot conferences, city visits, and field operations on location
  • Coordinate with the whole team to source stories, get sign-off fast, and turn what's happening inside Cyvl into content

Qualifications
Required:
  • AI fluent - you already use AI tools daily to script, edit, generate, and automate content
  • Camera ready - outgoing, confident, and natural on camera, from hosting to street interviews
  • Creative - you shoot, edit, and invent formats; you find the angle other people miss

Show Us Your Work:
  • Portfolio/Social Media page that worked
  • Send links: accounts you've run, reels you've cut, photos you've shot, posts that traveled, AI workflows you've built

Our Values
Our values guide how we operate:
Real - authentic, transparent, focused on solving real problems with simple, effective solutions.
All Out - bold, driven, and committed to delivering results that matter.
Accelerating with Intention - always learning, growing, and moving with intention.
Reliable - we follow through and deliver at a consistently high bar.
Empowering - we lift each other up and help governments build infrastructure they can be proud of.
