Job description

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Influencer Marketing Manager will be focused on owning & scaling the end-to-end execution of organic & paid influencer marketing.

From outreach and briefs to contracts, payments, and content delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and calendar.

You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and agency partners while creating data-driven campaign assets, dashboards, and KPI tracking in collaboration with sales and digital teams. By optimizing budgets, negotiating rates, and supporting influencer experiences and PR partnerships, you’ll deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns that accelerate product launches and business growth.

This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring work with multiple brand

and retailer stakeholders including Leadership, Creative, eCommerce, Brand Marketing, Sales, Social Media and Product Development.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with an office based in Studio City, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel influencer strategy across organic, affiliate, and paid channels – from always-on programming to key product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage creator sourcing, briefing, contracting, negotiating, content feedback, and usage rights at scale leveraging tools & agencies.
  • Own the day-to-day management of the Ambassador Program and Aspire platform, including creator recruitment, campaign execution, communications, gifting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop clear, on-brand creative briefs in partnership with Social and Creative teams that set creators up to produce content that feels authentic and performs
  • Build and nurture long-term creator and ambassador partnerships that drive sustained brand advocacy and community growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Paid Media, Creative, and Legal to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry research, platform trends, creator economy shifts, and competitive activity – and bring smart, disruptive ideas to the table
  • Optimize and scale a long-term, high-performing affiliate program with a focus on conversion and revenue
  • Engage and activate a strong affiliate portfolio, manage commissions, tracking, and partner communications
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics, Paid Media & agency partners to define KPIs – including ROAS, GMV, conversion rate, EMV, and engagement – and translate performance data into clear recommendations and optimizations
  • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and operational systems to standardize execution across influencer and affiliate programs
  • Manage and allocate budgets across initiatives, balancing brand-building and performance goals
  • Lead campaign reporting and present learnings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Responsible for brand event & influencer activation planning, successes & reporting
KEY SKILLS:

  • Knowledgeable of current influencer marketing and beauty trends and implement them for the brand, as needed
  • Strong relationships with influencer management agencies, and proven record for finding the next engaging creator
  • Familiarity with online analytical tools and social scheduling applications, such as: Aspire, Dash Hudson, Later, Tribe Dynamics, and Google Analytics
  • Ensure the delivery of successful campaigns while supporting business critical
KPIs
  • Ability to work to in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and execution across both channels
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube – how they work, what performs, and where the space is heading
  • Experience managing influencer/affiliate platforms (Aspire, Influential, Traackr etc)
  • Strong brief-writing and storytelling skills – you can translate brand strategy into creative direction a creator actually wants to execute
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and hold external partners accountable
