Job description

Overview:



IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Event Security Guard to support high-profile events across SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. We are seeking both Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.



Responsibilities: 


  • Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety 
  • Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior 
  • Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies
  • Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports 
  •  Work closely with store management and IPS leads.



Requirements: 


  • Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
  • Reliable Transportation 
  • Strong Communication and Professionalism 
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended period 



Schedule & Availability:


  • Weekend availability is required 
  • Flex Shifts available (part-time and on call)
  • Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs
