  • Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective and safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation.
  • Read and understand all product related documents such as the product guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts, scrap reporting, standard work documents, customer option sheets, and growth metrics along with the using first piece as a visual aid.
  • Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and use fit, form and function as required.
  • Complete all mandatory safety training and attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Maintain general housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is desired
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Have good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to operate hand tools (hammer, chisel, scraper, bottle opener, drill, dermal, torch, etc.).
  • This is a fast paced environment which requires employees to work with various tools and around heavy machinery, both individually and in teams, in seasonal temperatures and up to 12 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repetitively.
  • Able to see and hear, with or without aids; must wear hearing and eye protection on the production floor.
