About the Role

The Grounds Maintenance team member helps maintain the beauty, safety, and playability of the golf course and club grounds through daily landscaping and maintenance tasks. This role operates a variety of grounds equipment, supports course upkeep, and contributes to a safe, well-maintained environment that enhances the member experience.

Compensation

Starting at $15 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions while standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the day. The position involves safely operating landscaping and maintenance equipment, lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy materials, navigating uneven terrain, and performing physically demanding work to maintain the golf course and club grounds.
